The only reason the Appeal Court recognize Rt Hon Amaewhule team his because Gov Fubara choose the part of peace and refuse to follow up the case as expected ...and the Court cannot adjudicate on evidence not presented. The way I see it, a third party might take the case to Court on the issue of breach of Constitutional provisions. Me I don't have problem with brothers quarrelling but after quarrelling they should make peace .. I don't understand why Rt Hon Amaewhule group like tackling the Governor .. don't he knows he can be the next Governor if Gov Fubara performed well .. but they have scattered everything now.

This is seriously crazy- Wike is a threat to the peace and security of Nigeria, not just Rivers State- If I am Fubara, I will fly to the UN and AU to complain about what Tinubu has allowed Wike to do in Rivers State.

The judgment of the appeal court wasn't about defection though it recognized the wike faction. Therefore anyone not part of that faction is a goner..

Are you current at all, or you just want to comment and flex muscle as usual like Wike? The governor has said he is appealing the judgement and he will sought for stay of execution of the judgement. The appeal is still within the time frame. Their sitting is a joke taken too far. Fubara is not like Ayo Fayose. If he is like him, by now all the 27 recalcitrant lawmakers would not step foot into Rivers State again. To win this kind of war, you need to be ruthless. If it was Wike, I know he would do same.

The validity is 14 good days and is not even up to a week. I think it was on Thursday that the judgement was passed. The governor has announced that he is appealing the judgement at the supreme court and also source for stay of execution too. The question is, why the rush in going to bar meeting?
