You mean Morocco hasn't experienced rainfall for like 6 years now?

Sahara used to be a fertile area with lots of grassland, rivers, trees, and streams. And a lot of people lived there.

Some thousands of years ago, the area began drying up. As a result, a lot of people were displaced. Who knows, many west african tribes were forced to move towards the coast as a result.

It's an interesting bit of history.
Then the fire lord's came

I can't go into details now...

But yes it was climate change that transferred the area from a once lush area with green vegetation and wildlife to what it has become presently as one of the dryest places on earth.

It's worth nothing that morroco has been experiencing drought for about 6 years now before the recent rainfalls!
So is the climate change that brings rainfall a good or bad development to the people?

It actually a large body of water that dried up to remain just like Chad.
Climate change is surely not a new phenomenon.
And also the shape of the earth used to be different from what we have currently, it has changed shape over the years
