He can appeal. I don't know much about this person, but he needs to learn that freedom of speech and being hailed online will not save you in court if you talk any how and damage people's reputation. One has to wonder though - how was Mr Falana able to secure a judgement so fast, while thousands of the downtrodden people he claims to fight for are languishing in prisons for years awaiting trial.
