He is probably thinking of his other children since late Wigwe was the bread winner of the whole family. Unfortunately he can not will anything to his siblings when he had a wife(though late now) and children. Normally a child who has his own family doesn't even add his parents in his will. Especially when it is the prayer 🙏 for parents to go before their children.

His siblings will only continue to benefit from him when alive. Since he is gone, Senior Wigwe is trying to grab somethings for his other siblings. Unfortunately he is doing it the illegal way. If any of your parents is still alive as at the time you are preparing your will remember them in your will as you never can tell whether they will outlive you or not! Nothing is guaranteed in life; not even the expectation of outliving your parents! Your parent's share in the will could go to your siblings (or their children) if the parent eventually die.

In response to your first question, if your parent is already stupendously rich, far richer than you and obviously doesn't need anything from you it could be understandable if your don't include them in your will. But what about your other family members who have been helpful to you and who may have been struggling?

No one prays for such but make list them if you have a will and state clauses with it. You can always update your will when your parents are no more.
