I was at TLS yesterday and today and I tried everything possible to get in there. None worked. They have express instruction from Italian embassy not to accept applications from first time travellers. They went further to say the situation change around November. So, I will suggest you wait till then.

Guys incase anyone need the following documents ( flight reservation, hotel reservation, cover letter , travel health insurance etc ..) for their visa application you can let me know

Ask them if you will get refunded on the previous appointment, if not , or if so, be fast and do as advised so you get your submission completed.

Nulla osta takes up to a year before issuance, they will send a mail soon be patient

No. It has been incredibly frustrating and after this, I swear I am never ever applying to Italy again. I pray I never have any reason to go to Italy for anything ever again for the rest of my life. And if I do, I'd just rather apply to France (the French are not as sluggish as the Italians) or better still, just buy a second passport that does not require me to apply for visas from these Schengen countries.
