A country that God has blessed with so much fuel is advising its citizens not to use it because its too expensive to produce and manage.
Therefore, they said we should avoid it, let hem sale it to those outside the country that can afford it. No be juju be that?

How can you say a car with pressurised flammable gas is safe for driving in a country with hot weather?
Ask him again. A car with hot CNG boiling waiting for explosion, imagine driving CNG in Kano when the weather is so hot. Doesn't need any spark of electricity, the weather alone is enough to cause the car to explode.

is nothing wrong with CNG conversion or usage. But just like with every flammable product, you must follow very strict safety measures and the conversion must be handled by certified experts.

An accident involving a CNG car does not mean the technology is bad. We have had several cars catch fire at filling stations while filling up with petrol. It does not mean that petrol is bad or that no one should use it. If you do not believe in CNG, stick to petrol.

Go and ask T-Pain your father those useless questions

Heffalump:
There are sensible questions to ask here:

Was the CNG Conversion done through the expertise of professionals?
Were the conversion kits original?
Were the right safety procedures followed?
Was the SOP of filling at the station followed?
Was the vehicle age considered?

Not all vehicles can use CNG.

Anyway, petrol vehicles also explode.

T-Pain is a very big problem in Nigeria
The only reason IIGB0 hate Tinubu is because he trashed Peter Obi in the last presidential elections.

Tinubu is truly Tpain to 0BIDIENTS and all Obi supporters.

Petrol cabal fighting back.

The old, rickety car in that image probably has its own peculiar problem that caused that problem. It might have nothing to do with the CNG itself.

In any casw, diesel, petrol, and most especially electric vehicles do catch fire/explode from time to time.

Electric cars even catch fire on their own several hours after they are parked.

That has not stopped people from buying those vehicles.

Imagine a car catching fire at a filling station.
And CNG just start oh
Imagine when 30% of vehicles are running on CNG in Nigeria

Converting your car to CNG is dangerously dangerous. Let this sink in. If your vehicle is factory fitted CNG then you have no problem.

It has everything to do with CNG. Converted CNG cars are prone to such accidents while factory made ones are safer

discovered Nigerians are not yet dying on an industrial scale the way he wants as a result of his delibrate inflicting of hardship on the people and now advising people to be carrying bomb about in vehicle in the guise of CNG.

When the CNG bomb would start exploding in peoples vehicle in this country, the pager bomb in Lebanon would be a child's play..

Gosh! Recently, I have been reading alot of terrifying stuffs about this CNG thing, especially converting a vehicle that was not originally built for it.

Some scary reasons it will not be ideal for anyone converting their cars to CNG in Nigeria:

1. Bad Roads: considering how bad our roads are, having a car loaded with cylinder filled with gas and running into potholes every now and then can be disastrous.

2. Hot weather: Sometimes, we experience unusual hot weather here in this part of the world. Most countries have good weather conditions than we do here. I think driving under a very hot weather can have some negative impact.

3. Unprofessional approach: we all know Nigerians and our funny ways of doing things, those converting vehicles can just wake up from the bad side of their bed one day and fix things wrongly that can lead yhu to yhur early grave.

Question: how many of our politicians are currently using CNG vehicles? Please do well to quote me with the name of such politician, if yhu know any.

My conclusion: personally, I would rather buy fuel at N1,300 per litre than using a car loaded with plenty filled cylinders with gas.

Don't offer me death as alternative to cheaper means of transportation.

Please note, this is my own personal view and conviction. I can not come and come and kill myself grin grin cheesy

No, I no gree abeg.
Yes you sincerely made a point. But my question is, how come everyone just relax without talking about protest regards to this fuel pricehuh? It's so scary 😱, does it mean this people used fodoo to silence the nation bcus I don't get it

Re: CNG Vehicle Explodes In Benin While Trying To Fill Up Gas(video) by yeshuasfootstep(m): 11:27am On Oct 17, 2024
A careless country.
You don't rush into CNG just like that, just because some greedy fools have cornered petrol and the likes.

Expect more tragedies because most of the conversions are done in a hurry just for smokescreen.

Did you notice that those who are aggressively defending CNG here are APC urc..ns?

I was amazed seeing people defending CNG here so I went to check their previous posts ONLY to see them defending Tpain and APC.

When you see someone defending the indefensible, go check their previous posts to see if they are govt agents masquerading as concerned people.

We've long gone past electoral chicanery and rhetorics.

It's now a question of pragmatic governance that brings about positive impact on the lives, welfare and general well-being of Nigerians.

We all know we love fake things , especially my people from the south. The conversion kits will most times not pass standard test at port entry, but will find its way into the hands of the poor masses. Fūüùk CNG
