If a Major is 24 and the Captain is 23, how old is the Lieutenant? Same for all these baby sergeants and staff sergeants. How old are the privates and lance corporals? How many years do they even spend on these ranks before going to the next?

This is the reason the IDF army is incompetent.

Ukraine's first lady posted a few days ago that over 300,000 soldiers were injured in the war. You can imagine how many were killed.
