If your car is shorten oil you can use 10w40 if you can afford it . or better yet find the coz of it shorten. During my uber days I found out that my civic was shorten due to engine oil seal . we place it and oil shorten stop.........

Now with regards to super tech oil I will think about bringing them in . but am more focus on Mobil 1 for now . My currant price for Mobil 1 now is 64k compare to the Nigeria Mobil 1 of 71k and which is not even up to top quality as the USA brand....

So imagine how much Super Tech will cost or better yet I can look into other brands that are the same price as super tech... But I don't think I have the time and energy to market it. Because at the end of the day the naija people go buy wetin they wan buy...

You can lead a horse to a river , but you can't force it to drink water.. Na so naija matter dey . they learn the hard way
Nigerians buy cheap things. Reason why the likes of hardex, coastal, yuko, and G-life are selling well out.
If supertech is half the price of mobil 1 but it is as good as mobil, be rest assured u will sell more of supertech than mobil in 1year

Yes they are selling well. Penny Wise and Pound foolish . And the real winners 🏆 are the mechanics that are smiling to the Bank 😜. Mechanics are busier than ever ...

I also use to import car parts from Japan in the early 2005 . If you see the amount of car engines that are been imported into Nigeria. You than ask yourself what is going on .. you can load 40ft container just with engine alone.. before the container reaches Lagos at least 50% of those engines are already sold. It shows that car owners still can't maintain their engine..

In saner country , were cost of labor is very expensive .. we take care of our engines , it might cost us more . But in the long run we save More. And people that can't afford to maintain a car shouldn't be driving at all. You are throwing money down the drain.

You see these T pain economy that we are in now .. Ordinary naija Mobil 1 that was going for 25k to now 71k . It will reach 100k soon and those so cheap oil you mention will now become out of reach for the common man .. And na Palm oil people go dey use . And maybe I might bring in super tech lol ..

Whatever goes up in Nigeria rarely comes down. Na to fold my arms dey watch. That is when I go flood the market with Super tech .

By the time all engines are breaking down up and down. Car owners will either buy better oil or drop the cars enter bike . Dey play. Make I bring super tech now ba dey play. Don't worry na go call me first day u need Super tech. Time never reach yet

Bros this your write up make me want to throw up. I honestly don’t like when one review put another day. We keep going in cycle from one oil is the best today and tomorrow we come up with another. We are living in a zombie world, our mindset is really the problem, if you understand what I mean. Needlessly throwing insults at your people and how they can’t maintain can. Africa problems go beyond cars, from medication to drinks. While developed countries are dying of poisonous foods that are not good for their body, we have our own problems too.

Saying mechanics are the ones enjoying is an illusion. Maybe you should take a walk around most workshop and see the new mats they bought. Economy be beating everyone. If things are not done or change, people will park their cars. Cost of fake parts are killing around. How much more original ones. They just add 7k to what it used to get 50L and the price on the app is still the same or worst. Much to say, but menh I need to put my tots on another matter now.

Yes there is no need for you to throw up Oga. Maintenance is one of the major issue in African not only in Nigeria..

I also mention how during the car parts imports days. That the amount of car engines that are imported into the country.. Why so many auto engine for the giant of Africa.. I stated that even if you import containers dull of engine only you go sell am before the container arrives.. So you didn't read about that or are you only into selective reading ?

The amount of orders I get for car parts sometimes are easily preventive . A customer request for transmission fluid for his Rx350.

The customer stated that the wrong fluid was put in the transmission and the car his not running smooth . So.now he wants to get the original ATF WS . The story long .......

Even in the United States mechanics dey use person chop money. But the difference is that they no go over do am like naija. And I barely go to the mechanic because I do Preventive maintenance on the car.......

Bro no need to throw up na to wise up for this T pain economy we dey

Bros I am not being selective in readying. I am just stating my obvious. The only way we can be sure of getting good oil is by importing right? Mad! And you wonder why naira is weak. If it’s not thro you, then what’s the probability it’s a good oil? Regardless of the cost. Nah the same country we dey, quality of everything drop. Did you eat Okin biscuit? I remember while growing and we play with our parents wrist watches and footwears and they will tell us how it was given to them by their parents. What do you really think this generation can pass to their children?

Today, we are using bad fuel to run our cars, even Dangote confirm it. Nah we go still import em? Do you think it is only oil that make all the components of cars to function proper? You said Africans are importing engines? How many are they manufacturing? Where whites go pick as dump sites?

I am not saying one should not maintain his or her car, but the factors we are fighting is far from maintenance. No matter how careful you try to be, the odds will always try to weigh you out. You once run ehailling, I guess you chickened out for a reason. If you’re that perfect when it come to maintenance, chickened out won’t have been the case.

Good evening bosses, I recently got a big Daddy 2006 model and I'm suspecting that the car consumes fuel. It's a V4 engine. I recently bought fuel of 35k and my gauge was around half tank after filling. I got home and took the pictures of my speedometer and today this evening as I was about entering my street from my wife's shop, my fuel light came up. But when I turned off the car to open gate and park inside, I turned on the car and the fuel light is not there again but took the pictures again of my speedometer.

I will attach the pictures here.
From my own calculations, I think it's 57miles.

Please is this within range or my car is consuming fuel

I wouldn't conclude your car is consuming fuel yet, based on the attached image and my calculations, your car is doing average 5.5km/l. tho, it's bad for 2.4l engine, but, did you by any chance enter traffic while using the 35k fuel you bought or did you park while you didn't put off your engine, or while waiting for rider to come out, did you leave your engine running?

If you drove 57miles with 35litres of fuel then ur car is definitely consuming fuel.
How did u determine u drive 57miles though.

U can use the Trip A or Trip B on your Odometer to determine more accurately next time.

This is my first car and I really don't know how to calculate it, i just subtracted the mileage on the dashboard from where it was to where it is now.
How do I use the Trip A and Trip B boss

That also works.
Press the black button pointing out of the instrument cluster. Odometer will change to a smaller number. Press and hold down to whip that number. Then drive till ur fuel goes back to its former level and see how many miles u have driven.

From your pix you do not have a thermostat installed in your engine.

Sorry, but you will continue to have bad fuel consumption ⛽️ no matter what because of this plus your engine is going going going. . . .
