This is what I have been deliberating on lately.. 20-25mins bolt drive in Benin is 2300 naira. Go and do ur findings. I am not lying .

If its paying better in Lagos doesn't mean you guys shouldn't speak up for other states. This is not fare. Remember now the same price all of us they buy fuel..

This issue need to be address properly!!!!
But, why is bolt cheaper in other states when it's clear they buy fuel higher than us in lagos..

I have been observing ur posts lately. You always stand for the truth.. Not that uncultured idiot (pearls) who was raised by a single mother, posting unrealistic figures he made from bolt drive ( which he later deleted). I wonder who he is trying to impress.. .

Talking about the poor fare on bolt drive in Benin, It's what I can't still decipher completely . I don't know why the huge prejudicial treatment not allowing us to benefit like Lagos bolt drivers, drivers ain't making profit here bro.. check the last photos I posted recently to see evidence.

This is where you were driving towards.
The thing is, bolt drivers in Lagos can't speak for Bolt drivers in Benin.

There's always this unison and several sending of mails and report on bolt apps lagos bolt drivers do whenever there's an increase in fuel prices which is not being effected on the the app.

Benin drivers need to speak up and send several mails before the changes can be effected in their region.

I think it's because of the turnovers and profit being generated from Lagos. Reason why they pay attention more to Lagos drivers and tend to increase riders fare.
My thought.

Purchasing power bro. . Lagos residents have a higher purchasing power than most of it's counterpart states.
Which rider will pay 30k+ bolt fares within the metropolis of Abuja. It can only happen in Lagos.

Largely due to their purchasing power I'll assume...if you nack them 6k on top 20 mins trip, they won't returned d next day.. Moreover, moving around without bolt might not be too difficult and stressful like the big cities..I might be wrong tho

So yesterday, I told all my indrive riders that Indriver offers basic transportation services, hence I won't be using air conditioning for their trips.

Since they have refused to Increase fares in tandem with current economic reality.

I saved a lot on gas. grin

your points are correct. But pls remove the insult. I rather pick passenger from third to agbor park than drive bolt at the moment. I couldn't recover my fuel yesterday. Pls if there is any bolt agent here pls tell bolt that fuel in Benin city is 1,300naira per litre.

At least I have been contemplating regarding this issue.. most people here think I have been equivocating.. since you have decided to lend your voice out.. let see if there will be any positive outcome..

Someone suggested Benin bolt drivers should send multiple mails to bolt, to inform them about the increased of fuel , so that they we be able to adjust the price on the app. that's a nice option sha. But the increase in fuel price is not a current news.

Someone also replied that it's becus of Lagos state purchasing power. Meaning other states bolt passengers ain't capable of paying 6000 naira for 20-25mins bolt fare. Can you imagine, why the stereotype attitudehuh

Lol, to be honest I sympathize with u...There are many factors that must be ticked b4 prices can be increase...You are only concentrating on just one factor, that is the major determinant of our operation, FUEL!
RIDER are the most important factor in this biz, if there are no passenger, every one of us, you and I, the coy, the app, everyone is just wasting his time..
Every other factor can, perhaps be substituted..Yes, driver can be substituted! But you see rider, everyone needs them.
Before u increase price, you must consider the people that will PURCHASE/BUY that products or services..Once it's beyond their reach, then there is problem..I am not in Benin, you know d demographics better than I do. Can Edolite afford 6k for a 20 mins ride consistently? Be honest with us.
Why I want a better package for you all over there, the app guys also need to balance things at d other end ..But ehailing shouldn't be too cheap that driver won't make any profit at all, as you've posited here, if it's true o.
Like PBAT reform, I'll always tell people in my circle that there is no reform that should make ur people go to bed hungry! That is what FG is doing now.

Why do you think passengers in Edo state can't afford 6000 naira for 20mins ridehuh Bolt ride shouldn't be for every body. Those that can afford the price will surely patronize bolt. Imagine Buying fuel for 1250 naira per ltr.. then accepting 20mins ride for 3200 minus bolt commission. How do you expect drivers in Benin to gain from this??

Picked one woman and her daughter in the morning who were obviously going to church. Though I have a playlist of gospel songs, but I played this song below first and the woman was like, "Jesus! What's this?" 😁
I just quickly switched to the normal Christian songs before they run out of my car.
It's a hymn song that the theme is like when these illuminati cabals are performing rituals.

Once ur car is good to go using AC enhances fuel economy sef cause if not anything u are wound up unlike wen not using AC and wind down. The air resistance drag to the car go dey make an consume more unlike when u wind up. U cut tru time and space like hot knife does butter

God bless our hustle

Amen God bless our hustle, even if it consumes more fuel at the end of the day isn't worth it?
Unless the engine isn't strong, I don't see why I will be suffering myself in the name of punishing the rider.
