Well, I am lucky my organisation pays house allowance all front on every general and the money is enough to cover my rent. It was enough to buy car before APC happens

My landlord just increased mine today to 350k after earlier increasing this year February from 150k to 170k

Just because she heard minimum wage has been increased. Not that government has started paying the new minimum wage to workers in fct

My landlord died, I started dating his wife and since them I've not be paying my house rent. I also make sure I collect receipt from her. The only problem now is she doesn't want any other girl around me

see, if you dey work for island. Where you wan see cheap house. before you can stay far and be commuting to work. But now if you calculate your transport annually. it's already Far above your rent. so it's better to add that transport and move somewhere closer but more expensive

Which face-me-i--face you is #500k? Na for Ikoyi or Maitama? In some parts of Lagos State, there are still many cool self con between #200k and #300k. My annual rent is #200k (a room self con).

Na because of this high rent I want to finish a project fast so I can lend it out for "moderate " amount to help people.

Rent 204k
After May 29, 2023...My God fearing Boss increased
Now 300k
I still pay 204k
But planing to relocate to 500k to 600k
My December Salary and 13TH Months covers it.
I also do contributions of 30K Den added 50k
Paying rent of 500k no be issue for me at all.

Rent in Ondo is still cheap. A room and parlor can still be available for 60k.
