The report alluded to in that link isn't the official UN report, it's a preliminary fact finding mission by the UN Special representative of the Secretary General on Sexual violence in conflict, Pramila Patten

Unlike you, I've read the report submitted by Ms. Patten and it states:

1. There was no meeting with any of the victims of the alleged rape. The report stated " The mission team did not meet with any survivor/victim of sexual violence from October 7 despite concerted efforts encouraging them to come forward".

2. It stated clearly there's no footage or picture of rape

3. The team only met with Israeli representatives and went to only a few locations

4. It concluded it has 'reasonable grounds' to believe sexual violence has occurred based on 'evidences' given by 'authorities' (obviously Israeli authorities)

5. The report clearly stated that the mission "neither intended to, and nor could the mission team, in such a short period of time, establish the prevalence of conflict related sexual violence during and after the October 7 attacks"

6. It stated that "In the medicolegal assessment of available photos and videos, no tangible indications of rape could be identified”

7. It also stated "While the mission team reviewed extensive digital material depicting a range of egregious violations, no digital evidence specifically depicting acts of sexual violence was found in open sources”

1. Israel would annex large parts of the West Bank and maintain security control over the other parts. Meaning the West Bank would be cut into three and the PA wouldn't have control of security in any area it controls. This meant Palestinians would need israeli permission to move from one part of the Palestinian State to another

2. Israel would have sovereignty over 'bypass roads', which are roads that cut across the West Bank, which disconnect different parts of the West Bank and the roads would be official Israeli territory.

3. Control of the border with Jordan would remain in Israeli hands. This meant Palestinians would have no control over their borders

4. Israel would take over the West Bank's most fertile lands, which also contained most of the region's scarce water aquifers and in exchange, Israel would give up a part of the Negev desert, which is about one-tenth of what it would annex and it included a toxic waste dump
