I Just a piece of paper with a number written on this.

I did at Ikoyi on 3rd of October. That's around 2 weeks plus.

I don't know if it will be ready now as i didn't get any pick up date form them.

Ikoyi does not give pick up date. They only give a code

Good morning good people. I am a new passport applicant and I am using DIY. Today is my capturing day so I want to ask what and what do I need to go with.

NB: My capturing location is Alausa passport office.

So I have captured successfully without any stress. Although, one officer attempted to extort, he said they would reschedule my appointment because I went to apply online. He asked me to pay 5k but didn't listen to him. I went straight inside, got my document signed and was asked to go to room 12 for one oga to stamp, then I was finally directed to room 13 for capturing. I didn't spend up to 40 mins.

Please how is it like renewing a Nigerian passport in Canada, please can someone share his/her experience, is it better to renew it online or physical and how long will it take

Okay. Thank you for sharing. I would give it a month before going to check then.

Those guys cited making the passport available faster as one of the reasons why they increased the prices. 😂

Captured on Sept 2.Mine (10 years ) isn't ready though. All process was DIY

Thanks for your reply. I have already gotten the email address before your replied and captured since 7th of October. I used this oa@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng to solved my issue, but the servicom email replied that I should visit their office in my passport centre for assistance.

Having issues with DIY, send a mail to these emails and be sure of resolution

Hi everyone, I need your response on this matter. My grandmother can't find her passport, and we believe it is lost. She now wants to apply for a new one. However, she doesn't have any details about the data page or the passport number. How should we approach this application? I appreciate your help. Thank you!

I believe is system error. Just wait and try again later time or;you visit your collection centre after 8 weeks of capture for pick up.

That's the same issue I am having now, though my children captured in September 1st week, still not ready just because is DIY. They just want to discourage DIY by all means

You will have to activate the passport with your fingerprint verification upon collection.
