Is Wike to give the food?
Yes, by employing workers into the FCT to provide services and utilities, that pays well for them to buy food and thereby encourage more people to do farming and ranching on a commercial scale to supply the growing market.

I haven't seen any projects like building or renovation of schools and hospital. All we keep seeing is road. Is it only road that drives development Mr. Nebu?
May God bless you richly for this wise contribution to the thread.

In addition to building, renovating and generally maintaining schools and hospitals, we need to also remember that teachers, librarians, laboratory attendants, administrators, pharmacists, nurses, laboratory technicians, doctors etc have to be employed and paid well for the buildings, facilities and equipment to deliver services to the people.

Wike is adverse to anything that patterns to employment. As a governor of Rivers state, he inherited a cassava processing plant that was gifted to the State government by Shell, he locked it up after commissioning. He completed the Hospital that was in partnership with NDDC. A mother to child hospital and after which he locked it. The facility has been overtaking by weeds. He killed the syringes factory that was expanded by Amaechi and that was working before he assumed office. Today, most of the machinery in the factory has been stolen. In Wike's 8 years as Governor there was zero investment in Agriculture.

Wike that didn't promote Rivers state Civil servants during his 8years tenure and neither did he pay the #30,000 minimum wage to Rivers state civil servants. It was at the tail end of his administration that he started paying gratuity after the liability rose to over #150 billion

When it comes to building overhead bridges and roads, give it to him. But any other thing, is otilor oh.

Okay.

The necessary authorities are doing that.

However, can minister employ people such as teachers doctors and co?

I know you don't like him which is normal, but don't put blame or burden that doesn't concern him on him.

Please if the minister is not ULTIMATELY responsible for employing people such as teachers, nurses, doctors and co to make basic education free for all children and basic healthcare free to all FCT residents, then who else is ultimately responsible huh

I hope you won’t say that I am asking the above question because I don’t like the minister.

I put it to you that there is nothing wike can do to satisfy individuals like you who already have a preconceived notion about him. Even if he turns Nigeria to an El Dorado low lives like you who have done nothing with their lives will still come to the Internet to complain and gnash their teeth

Instead of using these future announcements, why don’t you just share verifiable data on improvements in water supply, free basic education and free basic healthcare.

I am aware the Ministry of Education early this year undertook audit of various Government owned schools in Rivers state. At present, Gov. Sim is building a completely new Okrika Grammar school and one in Wike's in-laws LGA.

If Wike had sustained the achievement of Amaechi by given priority to infrastructure in the Senior secondary section, perhaps Gov. Sim won't be thinking of devoting a chunk of his 2025 budget proposal to education and health.

I knew you were going to respond with bullshiit, you're always on the Internet lying about Rivers state to unsuspecting individuals. Wike renovated numerous secondary schools and improved the state owned universities extensively. In fact, two schools billed to be commissioned by sim to commemorate his first 100 days were spill overs from sims administration (Government secondary school Borokiri and Government secondary Etche).

Sim has been governor for less than a year yet he's struggling to renovate just one school even though he receives an average of 60b monthly, wike who you go about lieing about his person is renovating almost 50. Up there you lied that he abandoned the cassava plant yet sim was there early this year to access the operation of the plant, the operators even asked for more funds to be injected, the sim that you support huffed and puffed about songai farms, up till this moment nothing has been done, he's just deceiving his gullible followers with faux holier than thou rhetorics while himself and his team go around buying choice properties in Port Harcourt.

How do announcements of wanting to do something equal to actually doing the thing?

Kindly please enlighten and educate me on this conundrum.
