The deposed Dep Gov should appear in court with his personal effects bcoz he will be jailed by the judge for parading himself as Dep Gov after judgement.

A minimum of 12 months imprisonment awaits him and the judge will do it to make a statement.

Omobayo was not elected a Deputy Governor.
And Court declared he was never a deputy Governor.
So, he was never qualified to have immunity as an ordinary citizen.
