The Russian news agency Tass also reported that the heads of state and government of the BRICS had decided at the summit in Kazan not to accept any new members into the group for the time being.

This is proof that these guys know fully well that no north Korean troops are fighting against ukraine. If the north Korean troops were fighting against Ukraine then this USA congress person wouldn't have suggested his conditional direct USA involvement.

What many people don't understand is that if USA does it's "direct military involvement" then that would mean that USA and Russia would be at war. The stupidity of thinking "if north Korea enters the war then it's only fair that the USA enters officially as well"...this is not a child's game, the USA not entering the war officially is not about fairness, it's about not wanting Russia to nuke the USA !

What I want Russia and North Korea to do right now is to actually start sending North Korean troops to Ukraine for real, let me check something.
