Naija my country, even the House of Reps, the so-called lawmakers couldn't interpret the supreme court ruling that both the old and new naira notes can co-exist as legal tenders till whenever.
Now they want to start where Emefiele stopped!

Okay the new Maura note is because of the election

The morons at Abuja have figured that our Bullion vans were warming up to take our old notes to BDC to buy dollars as no one wants to take money to banks where you will not see your money collect back, which means we were expecting the FX rates to jump to high heavens with such announcement.

Now they have gotten back to their senses and sending a denial.

Reps who asked CBN to retrieve all old notes should tell CBN that we don't have 100 Naira notes anymore in circulation....

All the old notes of N100 are really old, turn and dirty.

And reps should pass a law to punish CBN staff that refuses to burn old recurrences where they connive with the ssecu6guards moving the turn notes to the furnace centre to steal from the boxes.

That doesn't mean they shouldn't flush out old notes with new ones.

There is something about this administration that still smells funny.. tho they claim to be taking the bold steps past administration were afraid of taking yet still fall back to the same problems and issues the past administration faced.

The truth of the government is the fact that they are hiding from taking responsibilities and don't understand what it means to govern people with SYMPATHY, empathy and courageousness.

And for those who still blame emefele should remember that buhari came out openly and said he issued the redesign of the naira notes and gave a deadline on national television even when scarcity were high..

This policy would have worked curbing and affecting those greedy politician's who stacked millions of naira notes in their backyard.. some said it was to frustrate tinubu from winning election but we knew the people who were heavily affected were politician's.


The likes of elrufai and yahaya bello who is currently on the rub for looting over 80 billion naira state money went to court because they knew how it will spoil their years of loots.

Now we are back to square 1..
