AbokiWam:Here's a more hands-on approach which would most likely be more effective and which I have used in the past and recommend to digitech-skilled persons I guide: - Use Facebook: Not the main Facebook app, but Facebook Lite. You can filter for keywords chronologically, demographically, and geographically with it. Most people don't know Facebook main app and Facebook web don't have these features. E.g "Remote data entry", " hiring data entry" and on and on. - Search on Twitter: Filter-search with the same keywords and chronologiically daily by clicking on the 'Latest' tab of the search results. If you are an entry level person, there's something I've discovered about LinkedIn a few years ago which some folks confirmed on Twitter when I shared my concern - most entry level and intermediate level jobs posted on LinkedIn are HRs/social media managers trying to grow their pages, not real jobs. You'd notice they mostly have Easy Apply and if you scroll to the bottom, it has you automatically following the pages. Some advanced level jobs too. The sign is mostly "Easy Apply" which doesn't reroute to their websites. Lastly, optimise your page. Facebook works. Your professional details (essentially what you do) should be your bio, not some hogwash like "Foodie. Likes Man. United. Messi till I dîe." Harsh, I know, but bio has just 150 characters so use it well. Optimise to showcase your professionalism and post about what you do at intervals which means deleting clutter from your page, including sharing needless things from pages or groups to your timeline. And even refusing some tags appearing on your timeline. When you make intelligent comments in Facebook groups and in the comment section of pages, curiosity would make people check out your profile. Let the first impression be what you do, not 'cruise'. That's not the demography you want - you're not an influencer. If 1000 view, 60 might strike up a private chat. That's how you get started.
