Well the end of the dollar is inevitable. The same way every country came together and agreed to use the dollars as a universal currency. It's the same way they can equally agree to stop using it.

The rest of the world gave the US dollar the power it wields today.

I think the Persians should not retaliate for the sake of peace, even though we know zionists do not want peace. The Persians can achieve more by covertly going after the zionists interests in the ME in other to minimize the chances of direct confrontation.
