No one is silencing Fubura. The problem with Fubura is that he wants to control the CPs and dictate to the Police who to arrest and who not to arrest. Fubura wants the police to arrest his political enemies and democracy does not work like that besides, Fubura must understand that the Police must maintain neutrality. The duty of the Police is not to tell Rivers people who to love. The job of the Police is to ensure peace and that is not what Fubura wants. Fubura wants the Police to arrest his political enemies and I can tell you for free that it is not yet a crime not to share the same political views with any governor in Nigeria.

Same Obaseki that used SSS to lock out a sitting governor from office. Same Obaseki that is disobeying court orders? Same Obaseki that illegally impeached his deputy? Is that the type of democracy you want for Nigeria?

How come Fubura has changed 3 CPs under 18 months in office. How come Fubura has been interfering with Police work. The Police have a duty to remain neutral in all political situations and that is what Fubura is failing to understand

Are governor's in charge of posting CPs?
You seems to forget that fact that IGP does that.
In Edo, they change the CP just to rig election, after they have succeeded, they change him again.
As for Rivers, you know who used the police in past to arrest opponents, demolish structure etc and is trying to do same but Fubara is only resisting it. Was it Fubara that blocked the LGA secretariat also or wanted to steal election materials at night?
Use your head, Wike wants the police and judges to be his puppets.
