Northern Lebanon is still empty and Hezbollah just issued an evacuation notice to more than 20 settlements to evacuate to avoid coming under their fire.
Fact is, those areas are gone for good. Shitrael is never getting the North again and guess what, they losing more territories while not advancing in South Lebanon.
