The annual Democracy Heroes Award hosted by Face of Democracy Nigeria (FDN) may have come and gone, but the trail of honour and recognition it left behind may be talked about in a long time to come.

It was an opportunity to recognize political leaders for their contributions in deepening the culture of democracy in the country.

Was also a moment to appreciate entrepreneurs, business and entertainers whose contributions have helped in entrenching stability through job creation, youth empowerment and poverty alleviation measures.

One of those who were recognized and grabbed coveted award was a beauty embodiment, a highly resourceful pan-Nigerian fashion entrepreneur, Sheikha Fatima Sulaiman.

A Graduate of Business Admin who hails from Borno state, Fatima the founder and CEO, Moon By Me was honoured as Fashion Brand CEO of the Year.

Moon By Me is a fashion brand that offers inclusive, vibrant and stylistic clothing for men & women.

Others recognised include, Governor of Niger State, Umar Mohammed Bago, member representing Ikeja federal constituency of Lagos State in the House, Rt. Hon. James Faleke and member representing Jos South/East Federal constituency, Hon. Dachung Bagos.

Fatima expressed gratitude for the recognition and pledged to remain a pace-setter in her chosen career.
