I have watched different videos online by different news channels and most of the independent media, describing the attack as a failure while pro-western sources say it's successful. At the moment, what the truth is, we cannot say especially as we couldn't see images and videos of missiles hitting anything even though the Iranians admitted little damage to a few air defense systems. One thing is certain, anyone who believes 100 airplanes flew uninterrupted in Iranian airspace for 4 hours, has to be very slow intellectually. The airstrikes were actually carried out from Iraqi and Jordanian airspace. If it was possible to put 100 aircrafts in Iranian airspace undetected, the Americans would have taken out the entire Iranian regime a long time ago by doing that. Israel would have done so a long time ago too. Israel used f35, f15, f16 according to reports and all 3 aircrafts can be detected by radar systems. There's no way a 100 of such planes would be in Iranian airspace and would operate unhindered for 4 hours. What most of you do not understand is that every nation's air defense can be penetrated and this includes the US. The amount of missiles fired to overload air defense system, is the key to hitting targets as you will need to overwhelm the air defense system for you to hit your targets and that is what happened last night. It was same reason Iran fired 180 missiles to overwhelm Israeli air defense when they attacked. Successful air defense doesn't mean no missile will penetrate. It only means most will be shot down, causing limited damage. If 100 aircrafts entered Iranian airspace, there would be videos of such. One most important factor is that any aircraft that wants to avoid being hit by missiles from air defense installations, will need to fly at a lower altitude to prevent being detected by the radars as most radars are primarily designed to target high altitude objects. There is no way Isreal will fly 100 planes at low altitude and we won't see videos. One thing is sure and that's the fact that Iranian air defense shot down a lot of missiles. Second thing is that some missiles hit their target. What we currently don't know is the level of damage done.
