Today I had to do a presentation on the Host Community Development Trust Fund (HCDTF) of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), and the role of state governments (Niger Delta particularly) in cushioning the local socioeconomics.

Expectedly, some state government pens-for-hire and apologists took offence at the salvos I fired at Niger-Delta State Governors and holding them responsible. They didn't even focus on the main issue which was the HCDTF.

To embarrass them, I pulled up data from BudgIT and showed them comparative analyses I had done beforehand to back up my claims that state governors (ND governors especially) are mostly incompetent and the humongous amounts they receive do not tally with the developmental strides.


Attached are the screenshots of the FAAC to the Rivers, Delta, and Akwa Ibom State Governments. If you are from the Niger Delta not holding your state governor accountable while heaping all of the blame at the feet of successive administrations of the Federal Government from GEJ to Tinubu, you are part of our problem.

Look at the monthly allocations for these three states then give me any valid reason why any community in Rivers, Delta and Akwa Ibom should lack pipeborne water, electricity, or functional schools. Just one. #47 billion monthly. #33 billion monthly. #28 billion monthly. MONTHLY! But you excuse them?

State governors are just as guilty as the federal government in the mess we are in. Don't exonerate them indirectly by looking away.

For the video to have made its way to SM, most likely means the woman meant to fvck him up big time...she's ex-Paystack HR manager, so she knows how damaging the video will be.

I have no issues with it. It's to protect all parties involved.
