Does your ride include the expectation for the driver to carry your goods for you? No it doesn't. If a driver helps you it's out of their own kindness, they are not contractually obligated.

What is commerce? Let us judge from the statement of bolt driver. He was sent to deliver service. Between the bolt driver and the senator who supposed to deliver the good? The implication of this is that had the senator reported whatever company he is working for will relieve him of his duty.
