In all his response, he did not address Oseni's issues, instead he went personal with no one has ever called him a failure.

Inbound lane from ojoo Ibadan to iwo rd is total write off with a large crater enough to swallow a long truck in the middle of the road and almost dividing the road into two. I really pity commercial drivers shuttling ojoo to iwo rd.

Be enlightened! Budget is not money; it's just a financial plan. It seems most Nairalanders are young people who have never held key positions. Money meant for budgeting isn't available anywhere. That's why they hope to sell crude oil and tax people/companies to get it. Those they cannot get through those means, they borrow it. In short, borrowing isn't even guaranteed unless you are willing to accept funny lending terms and conditions.

When the military govt decided to build the 3rd mainland bridge in 76,it was called a white elephant project and that the country had no use for such humongous waste,the govt got a lot of scorn on that......now imagine the chaos Lagos would have been without that bridge.
