The legislature (a more elderly man & ur customer) said, bring my paid items for me form the vehicle, and the driver said just pay me my money, because I deserve it.

Very rude boy. His gesture and voice tune shows it all. He even put on a camera to capture. . So does he intend to cash-out from public sympathy via social media?

Terrible ,rigid, and poor customer service skill from that bolt employee.

If it was the woman that owned the business that delivered the package, you would have seen the difference in approach .

If you have ever delivered a multi million naira package to a client , you will understand how to manage a difficult client and a VIP.

Sometimes putting delivery in the hands of people without delivery targets has issues. If the bolt driver had a sales or delivery target and bonus target , his approach would have been so different. Infact he would have been so nice to the Senator with promises of delivering his package better another day. Such is life. The right people will learn from the mistakes the wrong people will also learn the mistakes

I have met irate customers on many occasions and with a very simple technique turned them into very very loyal customers that never ever fail to send me Xmas bouquet .

When you get your business to the billion naira turnover, you will know that customer is king.

Let the same scenario happen to a customer care staff or marketers of a tier 1 bank and see different approach to solving problems.

Why must he go inside his house to deliver a package? What if it is a ritualist or kidnapper home? Lots of what if. He was in front of the house, the dishonorable man can send an aide if he does not want to step out. Instead the low self esteemed bufffffooon was impersonating "senator" that he is not and maltreating a man doing his job. That guy got slapped repeatedly and did not return the aggression, but the stupid no nothing dishonorable still arrested him and lock him up. The only way he could feel big is from outside praise and not inside, he was simply a little , worthless feeling man inside.

There is so much hypocrisy about this issue. Just because the man is an elected senator don't mean he should stop being human being.

That's one of the thing I hate about being known/popular in real life, things that others do that no one cares, you can no longer do it.
