This is very commendable of whoever did the recording.I think the only way we can help change this country is for us all to do things like this.If you see it,say something.Otherwise,we are in a long thing.We are very greedy and materialistic.No dignity whatsoever.Alwayd thinking of a quick way of making money so that you can outshine your neighbour.Can we not just be civil in everything we do?

I'm almost sure the man is an off duty VIO. No doubt ... there will be corrupt officers in any sector ... the problem is what will the ones in charge do? This should be investigated .... officers publicly identified and charged and dismissed. But who will hold their breath for this to happen?

That's how I almost killed one of those idiots few months ago.....he jumped in front of my vehicle, I just brushed him inside the gutter. And I didn't stop.

The right thing to say is that you will not comment until you see the full video. That would be rational but you outrightly said it was a lie. How are you now different from the people who cut some part of video of with intention to create a false narrative about the subject matter

VIO are terrible people. They should learn moral and disciple on how to conduct themselves from FRSC or be sent out of the road because they are constituting nuisance in the society. The way and manner they harass people is so alarming.

They do it very well where we are. You drive into town and park your car, by the time you come out of the market, you'll discover one number plate is missing. All you have to do is to go to their office then you will pay fine for wrong parking before they will give it back to you

This is highly irresponsible and unbecoming of a law enforcement agency, just recently a Federal High Court gave a judgment outlawing them but the country seem to have different rules for different folks with government choosing whatever judgement to enforce or abide with.
This particular act should not go unpunished, the culprits should be made to face the full wrath of the law so as to serve as detriment to others.
Going through the video clip, one could see that they all all have their specific well rehearsed roles so professional/criminally executed to perfection without the driver suspecting anything. They could use such Plate numbers to implicate the owner of the vehicle in whatever criminal activity they may be engaged in.

That's a possibility. But I think the real reason was to tell the driver that his rear plate number was missing and they would use that to extort him big time
