Lagos will remain number one because of the federal government and private sector investment, South East is lagging behind because the federal government and the state government refused to do anything meaningful and the private sector are afraid of the insecurity which is the fault of the government both state and federal.

I've been to Enugu state before, the state is a civil servant state with nothing meaningful going on there. There's massive poverty in Enugu state.
