Outcome summary

On 22 April 2022, whilst off duty it was alleged PC Balogun assaulted a colleague by biting him.

It was further alleged this amounted to a breach of the standards of Discreditable Conduct.

Decision
The panel found the allegations of Discreditable Conduct proven at Gross Misconduct and PC Balogun was dismissed without notice.
