ruggedtimi:
the carcass of the whale washed upshore...is a normal scenario at the riverine areas in Niger delta.

They would rather curl up to eat dead animal carcasses than confront and die fighting those who steal and destroy their lives. That is what this one in the video is literally boasting of! 😥😥😥😥😥

Nigeria of today is worse than India during the great famine of the Raj era. I saw a video of large number of people in the North gathering filthy and sand filled spaghetti that was crushed on the road during a trailer accident and I felt like vomiting. Even dogs or pigs shouldn’t be fed with such rubbish yet humans were struggling to gather them for consumption.

Nigeria is in a dire and pitiable situation. Very soon, malnutrition, marasmus and kwashiorkor will start ravaging the populace.

lessons are being learnt, I no longer pity Nigeria s again.

Their elite were busy selling muslim Muslim ticket to them, they are reaping the fruit of their yardwork.
You would think by next elections Nigerians will be wiser, but no them go mumu pass again.

Like I said, Nigerians don't deserve pity

The people who are being starved to death by their political class are too afraid to die. Yes, death is the worst that could happen to them So, they would rather starve to death or eat dead, possibly diseased, food than die fighting the real enemies. Brilliant, right? huh

No be today Ijaws and other coastal people dey chop washed up whales nah.

Whales occasionally get beached on their shorelines. The Bight of Benin has a lot of whales due to the high concentration of krill aka crayfish (not to be confused with crawfish).

Chinese whalers are even Illegally hunting and fishing in our waters .

The Blue Economy should see how to revive the fishery industry along our coastal waters that are rich in fisheries.

The navy must start chasing these Chinese trawlers from our waters.

Even ecotourism in the form of whale spotting can be developed .

All we need is the waters to be free of criminals and pirates and invest heavily in local fisher men. The fallout of this is an increased food harvest from the sea, more badly needed protein and development of a chain of industries and businesses supporting the aquatic industry.
