Mktinsight , the problem you have is that you always come off as the only person that knows everything and how best to do it. Shut up and get out because you don’t know anything. This was how you criticized Anambra international airport and today we got it. I have learnt to know that anything you criticize is good and anything you don’t criticize is wrong. Awka fun city has 3 entrances and it is rightly situated and properly located. Awka ICC is equally well located and has 2 entrances. So get out because you don’t know anything. abuzz33: |

0bjpmb:When you lack an argument you resort to insults. I know your type, you are poorly educated and poorly informed and any thing that pops your bubble of ignorance you start abusing instead of using it as an opportunity to learn. You may as well hug a transformer because I ain't going anywhere. I will beat the truth into you. |

Mktinsight the miserable night owl. Whatever you condemn always turns out good, so your opinion is useless and not needed on the projects in Anambra. You always claim to know everything but you haven’t been able to fix your miserable life. It is only you that knows the best but you are stuck on nairaland. People that have something to offer are not sleeping on nairaland posting nonsense like you do. Get out, no one is interested in your trashy opinion. abuzz33: |

Mktinsight the miserable frustrated cursed cow poo. I have warned you to always put your opinion up your smelly dry ass because we are not interested in it. Despicable foolish low IQ midget that always think his stoopid opinion matters. Anuofia abuzz33: |

abuzz33:Looking at this aerial shot of the convention centre, it goes to show the poor architectural taste of the designer. If not that Google maps showed the name of the building, one could actually mistake it for a large wearhouse and I find it disgusting that after 2 years since it's commissioning, the area still has mediocre landscaping. Seriously, how much will it cost to carry-out proper landscaping and plant palm trees around this convention center? |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by 0bjpmb: 12:25pm On Oct 26, 2024 |
You envious bitter ediots always come here to spew your bitterness. Awka ICC is the largest, best, most modern and most beautiful not just in igboland but in entire Nigeria. The site is where the 5 star 10 storey hotel building is ongoing right now, but ediots like you just assume the area isn’t landscaped. So they should landscape while another project is ongoing on site? Why are you people always looking for a reason to post nonsense? Awka ICC is by far more sophisticated , more modern and beautiful than the useless tasteless local auditorium tagged ICC that’s being built in Enugu. Unbiased1:

Soludo is the prayer point of imo people. Imo state is a total shambolic mess while Ozodimgba doesn’t care, no wonder most imo indigenes running to Anambra for greener pastures. Pacesetterz: |

abuzz33:I’m not sure you were at Anambra invest last year, cox if you’re you should have noticed that there’s another entrance gate from the other side going towards awka wonderland, the ongoing hotel is towards that side too Then solution fun city has three entrance gate, while the express remains the major entrance You don’t make claims you’re not sure of, desist from that, this is an educative forum. Thanks |

Jcoleworld911:He is wasting his time here nobody cares about his opinion |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by abuzz33: 2:58pm On Oct 30, 2024 |
Jcoleworld911:Look I deal with engineering projects in Nigeria and interact with some of the contractors involved in these projects on ground. The only gate into and out of the ICC is the one facing the Old Enugu Rd. The second one facing wonderland is permanently locked because it leads to a swampy part of the land. The Fun City has one entrance gate from the expressway and something they call a service entrance leads around the back from Arthur Eze which they will be forced to convert into a main entrance since the designers never thought deeply about traffic planning. Yes this is an educative forum not one for sychophancy. Government should always be open to criticism and I will never hesitate to point out flaws when they don't follow best practices. |

abuzz33:Young man, Gov. Willie Obiano interlocked the two gateways in ICC to car park, and intentionally leave that large space by the left hand side for future (5star Hotel). So what swampy entrance are u talking about? I understand that frustration can make one to frame-up/believe whatever that makes them sleep well at night, but misinforming people is way too far. Now take a close look at the dual carriage entrance from wonderland road below.

abuzz33:Ignorant mind Fun city have three entrance gates, all you do year in year out is to condemned projects going on in Anambra state, your useless input end here on nairaland |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by abuzz33: 11:48pm On Oct 30, 2024 |
Chikeluba25:I don't need to make believe anything. My driver almost got the car stuck in the muddy place you call an entrance road when seeking parking on that far side. I suggest you actually visit that ICC and not rely just on pictures. |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Chikeluba25(m): 11:09am On Oct 31, 2024*. Modified: 2:58pm On Oct 31, 2024 |
abuzz33:All these bricklayers (daily pay laborers) forming engineers. Why not show us picture of your driver and Rolls-Royce stucked in the ICC gateway? That will go a long way to convince ppl to buy ur lies. At least u have agreed that the ICC have two entrance. |

Chikeluba25:I agree with you there but Abuzz has a point also, though he does come across as being slightly judgemental but its all for good! Where I agree with him 100% is that all design concepts must be thoroughly and critically workshopped by external consultants before the governor gives a final approval, there are many retired architects and other professionals in the diaspora who can contribute their time and skills for free to help the government get it right! talking of good design........whoever is doing the Ekwueme Square and Cenotaph renovation should be advised to do away with that vexatious green and white paint that they so liberally splash all over the complex, I do not know where in the world that national colors are used to paint national monuments...........that rubbish started from the core north and Ndigbo have taken it to a ridiculous level..........I grew up in Isale Eko, a stone's throw from the Idumota Unknown Soldier monument, as a child I watched Gowon and Obasanjo celebrate 11/11 armistice day at that cenotaph before it was changed to January 15....There was no drop of white and green nonsense paint scheme on that memorial cenotaph! Why do our governors mess up national and state projects with that tasteless green-and-white paint scheme............ I worry about our state of mind sometimes! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElwS8sq4PmU This is just gross! Tufiakwa!!! The national colors are meant to be flown as flags...............The color scheme is so out of place with its environment, who sanctioned this design sacrilege bikonu! |

Please someone should tell soludo and his government ministry of works and environment that their attention is needed on the entrance of Onitsha just immediately after the first Niger bridge FYA The very section of that road has become an eyesore. Their attention is needed right there |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by ebufa: 1:57pm On Oct 31, 2024 |
Ttipsy:That sector has been like that ever since Soludo was sworn in, That area can be sorted out in 3 days flat! Soludo seems to be working on his own priority projects...! |

| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by 0bjpmb: 4:37pm On Oct 31, 2024 |
Owerri is a very dirty slum and needs attention of Ozodimgba to fix the town. Most imo indigenes are now running to Onitsha to live and invest because it is the abroad of ndi imo state. Imo state is a failed state. Ttipsy: |

Abuzz aka Mktinsight has a mental problem. Watch out for every project he condemns ends up to be a good project for Anambra. That was how he fought so hard against Anambra international airport and today we got it and all his fruitless demonic efforts were brought to naught. Chikeluba25: |

You are the one that needs to get well because Owerri is a dirty slum and most imo indigenes prefer to live in Onitsha which is their abroad. Ttipsy: |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Ttipsy(f): 4:45pm On Oct 31, 2024 |
ebufa:Oga that section of the road need immediate attention Wish Anambra state government will do something on that effect. Just imagine a first time visitor to Onitsha seeing that? First Niger bridge is a gateway to Anambra state especially Onitsha, it will be so unfortunate for a first time visitors to see how dilapidated the road looks immediately after the bridge |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by 0bjpmb: 4:49pm On Oct 31, 2024 |
Entrance to Onitsha is good and looks better than entrance to Owerri. Most roads in Owerri are dilapidated, I was coming to Owerri through PH, almost everywhere is muddy with dilapidated roads everywhere, I was asking myself what’s Ozodimgba actually doing in imo state. Imo state is a failed state with no government in place. Ttipsy: |
