officialfestus:Complete the Form below; "Issue with receiving Elearn login code via noun student email Dear Students, please fill out this form with accurate information only if you have issues receiving the MFA code via your NOUN email. If you have already received assistance through another channel or are now receiving the code correctly in your NOUN email, do not complete this form. https:///LfSKwCSiAPiyffJ1A After 12-24 hours of submitting this form, log in to elearn.nou.edu.ng with your existing login details (For old students, use what you used last semester). All new students who have never logged in should check their NOUN email for a temporary password that has been sent before now and log in with their matric number in lowercase as username and put the temporary password. Then, you can check the alternative email for the MFA code to log in. New students who have already changed their password before now should use their existing login details. However, if you forgot your password or your password is not working, click on "Forgotten Password", and get the password reset link in your alternative email, change your password and then log in. Now check the alternative email to receive the MFA code. If you'd prefer to get the code on your mobile device after the first sign-in, watch this video on setting up MFA with Google Authenticator App. The video will also assist you to sign in and change your password." |

samneutron1:Login into your student email, through the Gmail app, e.g Nou274842237@noun.edu.ng Use your matric number in capital letters as your password, after login access, go to the elearn portal and click on forget password, a link will be sent to your student email, link on the link and reset your password, after resetting, login the elearn portal using your matric number and the password you recently changed to. Note matric number must be in small letter while logging in via the elearn portal. Hope this helps, give a feedback if it works. I've been able to login myself. |

Great news! NOUN has removed the MFA code page from the eLearning Portal, so now you can log in with just your Matric number and password—no code needed. This could change in the future if they reintroduce MFA, but for now, it's off. Kindly still make sure your discussion forum is done ✅ |
