It’s PPR!!!
ITA: July 18th French CBD
AOR: 23rd August
BIL/MIL: 3rd September
PPR: 28th October

Finally got my desired TCF scores a day after I submitted my OINP application. That was my happiest day everrr, ITA and PPR didn’t even make me as happy as May 6th 2024 when I got my results. To those waiting, don’t give up, learn french because it will be worth it and finally… avoid TOBIDAM (if he’s still alive) grin

Congratulations to you. This was fast. Do you mean you didn't have to proceed with OINP? Did they refund you or ?

My sister have 9,8,8,7 in her TCF and she received EOI from ontario. Her total CRS is 419 and we were hoping Feder will give her an ITA. But the french draws these last two times are quite high.

Yes. OINP refunded me the next day. I got 10 points from my first attempt at TCF that took my scores to 471 and got NOI from Ontario but I already paid for another exam and just decided to do it and I passed, scores went to 531 so got federal ITA

Though I have landed in Canada this week, my conscience would not be clear if I dont come back here to give thanks.

grin 💃🏽 💃🏽 grin

I started this whole process and finished it with this thread. Silent Reader. But every information, trick and turn I got it from this thread and its references. Everything I used from beginning to the end I got from this thread and its earlier versions.

Thank you to everyone who contributes to this thread.

I started everythign in 2023. My wife and I did IELTS, evaluated our WES and got into the pool.

The day we entered the pool, next day I recieved the 'important update to your account mail'.

I used the Agric Pathway. Agri-Food Pilot. My NOC was 82030.

my timeline was:

EE Profile Created: May 2023 (whilst waiting for my Wes evaluation)
ITA: September 28th 2023
AOR: Nov 18 2023
Biometrics and Medical Request: Jan 25,2024
Biometrics and Medicals Done and Passed: Jan 28th 2024
PPR Mail: March 13th 2024
Number of days from AOR to ppr: 115 days

Na that Passport submission show me shege as they told me they lost our passport photographs and I had to resend to Ghana, I resent to Ghana finish with UPS , they said no I should have sent to their office in Lagos for them to resend to Ghana on our behalf, I resent to the office in Lagos and the whole process then moved on, after we got the passports back in Nigeria and were happy...they called from the Ghana office that they have our passports photograps and what should they do with it.

Person wey don win battle no dey vex. I took it all in my stride.

grin 💃🏽 💃🏽 grin

Note: I landed this late in Canada after recieving the passports back because we decided to take our time in Nigeria to prepare before travelling. We were doing moderately okay so no pressures. I had bought the flight tickets since March when we got the PPR.

Please read and read this thread. Your own turn too go come !
congratulations to you and yours. Please, I will like to confirm if application is still on for people outside Canada. Thanks

1. You can't use UKVI IELTS for Express Entry. IELTS General is the right test.

2. If not married, get married post AOR and add them to your application. If married, you have to declare your married status before securing ITA. If you add your already married spouse after ITA, your points will be recalculated.

Hello @GraciousWords and all other gurus in the house. Please I have some questions regarding ECA Evaluation.

1) For my WES Evaluation, I have a Bachelor's and Masters Degree, Do I need to have an Evaluation for my Bachelor's Degree as well or will my Master's Degree Evaluation Only meet requirement?

2) If its just an Evaluation of my "MASTER'S Degree", Please will I be required to select a "YES" Or "No" when asked the question regarding if I have had my bachelor's Degree Evaluated. I am filling the EE Profile form and entering information about education and I am unsure what to fill form Bachelor's degree since I did not have it evaluated.

3) Please I am currently a Financial analyst with 3 years experience( my intended Occupation for EE), however prior to this i have worked for 4 years as a CX Support Rep, Do I need to Include this experience on my express entry profile

4) In addition, If I have to Include the CX Support Experience on my EE Profile, I do not have a way to prove this employment with my Previous employer if selected from the pool. Please what options can I use to prove this employment if requested for.

5) Lastly, Please can I have gaps in between my employment, because i was unemployed for sometime so I fear that this may be an issue.

Kindly advice house, I will appreciate your feedback to these questions. Thank you all

1. No you don't need an evaluation for the BSC, that may prolong your evaluation, just evaluate the Masters, it gives you the full point.
2. Select NO, as that is the case.
3. You don't need to fill that, the current role already gives you the maximum point as your Primary NOC, however when you get ITA, you will need to fill all jobs you have done in the last 10 years in your personal history, you don't need reference for any job you did not claim points for i the CRS
4. Better not to include it in the EE profile as it confers no advantage to you
5.You can have gaps as much as is there, just be truthful as possible. Gap will never be an issue.

All the best

Hello friend, so for people that are married, when u declare the status pre ita and say wife not accompanying, the score wont change right?
Then after ita, you change wife status to accompanying. Thats the right way to go about it right? Or how exactly can already married add the wife without score changing

As far as I know, it doesn't work that way.

You get more points if you declare your spouse as non-accompanying than when you select that they will follow you. However, you can't change this information post ITA, else your score will be recalculated.

I think, if you claim spouse non accompanying Pre-ITA, you have to submit the application alone but include their POF, PCC, and Medical Post ITA.

Then you can sponsor their application when your receive your PR and land in Canada – which looks like the only option in this case.

Others can chip in.

I can confirm to you that you can actually change your spouse to accompanying as soon as you confirm you passed eligibility or as soon as you receive FD/RFV... that way, your point wont be recalculated any more. It's better than waiting till you get your PR and then sponsoring.

Hello everyone. I am trying to submit my profile for express entry, but I keep getting the message that I am not qualified. This is in spite of the fact that I have am 8.5 average on IELTS, have a masters degree, and filled the correct details for funds and co. I have actually submitted before now, but it was deactivated when my initial IELTS result and passport expired. Now that I have new results and a new passport, I don't know why it is rejecting my profile. Is there an age limit to submitting a profile? Is there a maximum number of times a person is permitted to submit their profile? Please help me if you have any insight to this. Thanks.
Also look at your work history and be sure the number of hours worked or duration of recent role(s) meets the criteria.

This is the most common reason I have seen for that.

Good morning everyone, so my agent refused to give me my login details to my profile and allowed my ITA to expire, now I'm trying to submit another profile but they are requesting for the profile number of the previous account. please what do I do?
all means to get the information from him has proved futile.
The number of agent issues I see here is disturbing.
You might have to mandate it out of him. But even at that, accessing the account would likely need 2FA authentication which would be linked to him. Also hope the details he submitted are not widely varried.

For the umpteenth time, the PR process is straightforward with lots of resource out there. Most people dont need an agent and if you find yourself unable to do it yourself, then it's worth asking if this pathway is really for you.
