Some families are also blessed with it, I know a lot.

Also, avoid some lifestyle that can shorten your life. Dont smoke, avoid excessive alcohol or even, dont drink alcohol, avoid Ngozi, Funke, and Aisha.....those are highest killers

Both my paternal and maternal grandpa's were over a 100, my dad is over 80 and still fit and agile. I don't believe that Ur stats @all. There are still people crossing the 10th floor

In my dear country Nigeria, elderly people are strictly on their own. Aside their family,the govt don't care.
