Please I kindly need people advise on choice and best place to study in the US. I am planning to apply for a masters degree in the USA. I have experience working in the Oil and Gas Construction sectors with over 6 years. I have worked both in Nigeria and Kenya.

I am skilled in Project Planning and Scheduling.

So , please I need people in US to guide me better in which part of US to School, where I can easily get a good work after schooling.

My pre approval didn't take more than 45 mins (Lagos) on Tuesday. I guess it's luck, cos I'm seeing people saying it took weeks. The Koko now is getting date. Earliest date I saw was 10 January 2025 by 6:45 am, but when I try to click it, it says slot is already taken. Same with other dates I saw. If the slot is already taken , so why is it green then? Same with other dates I try to take. Because I want to pick a date first then apply for expedited appointment to get date in November or maybe early December.

Has anyone experienced this? How do I go about it and know available slots

paying SEVIS isn't tasking if you have the 350$ already, don't think you need to wait, you can start the visa application, you already have your SEVIS no

Ok my people....i finally got pass the preapproval request stage this morning (F1 -Abuja) after paying since 22nd Oct via First Bank. The US embassy is collecting data on the issues and based on your issue they are giving you instructions on who to email and which documents to attach etc. Follow the link below and answer the questions. This worked for me 2 days after filling out the info and they provided me with who to email and what to attach like MRV fee receipt I20 form etc. Then i got an email this morning saying my request for interview was approved GOD BLESS YALL

The december, january, february slots were saying used, so i had to just pick April, hoping to apply for emergency.

Equally got passed the preapproval stage today for abuja embassy (f1), I filled that form (emailed) also. Raised a ticket too. Anyways only dates from February 2025 were available, so emergency appointment is the way forward.
