oyeb15:Most of the refined fuel from abroad comes from two sources 1.Substandard European refineries that refine fuel that is low quality but cheap. Right now when it is landed in Nigeria it costs 950 naira , some 77 naira less than dangote fuel 2.Fuel imported from Malta which refines dirt cheap Russian sanctions busting crude. Europeans don't subsides fuel or crude the way you think they do. Infact they heavily tax the fuel, plus they try to encourage people to use the public transport system because climate change. And they won't subsidize fuel they are exporting. That would harm their bottom line financially |

I said it 2 days ago, dangote must me more expensive than the imported fuel. But the lingering issue is why NNPC despite all the the billions of dollars spent on refinaries has not been able to bring one online? Atleast that will provide a sustainable alternative or competition to dangote rather than importation. |

Golan007:IPMAN and momman stopped importing pms long time ago As at today, NNPC reminds the sole supplier of the product. When NNPC was buying from Dangote and reselling at subsidised rate to IPMAN and others, same you Nigerians questioned why they should be the sole buyer bla bla taking side with tour enemy out of ignorance All the rofoforo from Dangote is just how to gain the exclusive right to supply Nigerians and finally kill off the people He won't get it under this government or any other.. The product is such a sensitive one that no government will hand him the sole distributorship he so much crave |

Golan007:Hahaha stop talking about education if You ofcus don't have the brains to answer the question 😁😁. How is it possible to stand with a structure that has massively failed to deliver on their promises but rather dish out total CLUELESSNESS and HOPLESSNESS to your own Country and yet claim to a normal human being😁😁. Did We not agree that the primary criteria for being pro Apc is SENSELESSNESS 😁😁😀. Uneducated fellows perceive politics as mere Election sensationalism their zombie mind is plainly dead to the essence itsel😁😀. What did they promise, what did they deliver?

Ttalk:Once you start reading about ipman having meetings with Dangote about buying from him it signals that Dangote is hidimg something from them Ordinary, when you go to depots sales office they simply tell you their price you go to bank pay and coke and truck out with union receipts What then is Dangote alway negotiating with them? Quote your price and customs and navy and mimasa charges and other like maritime unions and let them decide what to do but he won't do that |

| Re: Price Of Dangote’s Fuel Higher Than Other Sources, We Have To Pity Nigerians by God2man2again(m): 6:41pm On Nov 01, 2024 |
Must we follow the international price? Other countries selling at the so called international price could afford it with ease, why is PMS an international commodity that can not be purchased by ordinary Nigerians? Is it the same thing in other countries of the world that are enjoying it? Since it is produce here in Nigeria, the price should be affordable to the Nigerian populace and not on the high side. Many things are shrouded in mysteries and in darkness when it comes to fuel issues in Nigeria. Until people begin to dig deep into this mysteries, there would not be decrease in the price of fuel. |
