The people of Ehime Mbano ought to sue him for stealing their money and even go as far as his impeachment and prosecution for crimes against the people abeg! I really don't understand why Nigerians do absolutely nothing about this crime.

As far as governors organise LG elections, they will still be in charge of LG allocations because they will install their stooges as LG chairmen. That's why some pundits are suggesting that Abuja INEC should organise all elections while the useless state election umpires be shut down because they cannot oversee a transparent election.

OP is not asking or concerned with the elections at this point but the fact that allocations meant for his LG are not being used where it was allocated for. Suggesting he gather the people in the LG to fight that practice is the most sensible thing to do in the current situation.

Abuja and INEC both have absolutely nothing to do with this particular issue; Also, the will of the people will always sit above Abuja if the people unite and fight for their rights no matter what.

Other south east governors have announced their own minimum wage and declared October as implementation month but that is not what the governor is thinking, he said both federal government and his state civil servants can go to hell. He has continued to pay workers meager salary.
