Am not disputing the fact that one needs to invest and make more money, after all even the likes of Dangote and Otedola still have money making ventures despite worthing billions of $.

My argument is one needs to be prudent in expenditure wheather you invest or not, example must the person drive a car of 60m or live in a 100 to 200M naria House? That is spending unwisely.

Why not get a car of MaX 20million, house of Max 50MILLION, save like 300million in cash,pension funds, insurance and stocks.

The rest can be invested in real estate, equipments, e.t.c

When I made some cash legally the first thing I bought as unemployed graduate was a car for taxi, renting a house never cross my mind, it was the money I was making from the transport I used rent my first house rent. Its not how you make money that matters but how you spends it.Almost ,if not majority of the rich people you see arround,have been involved in one shady deals or the other.Forget all these social media stories.
