The best medicine is natural food that is free of pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals.

"Wetin we go chop" is the defense response when they tell you to eat properly. It is not expensive to inconvenience yourself by starting a garden outside of the city where you live.

2. Birds fed on grass and bugs produce high-quality meat and eggs. Ducks eggs are super food.
3. Grass-fed cows and goats produce high-quality milk. Nigerian dwarf goats produce some of the highest quality milk in the world. Google it and you will see that many European and American farmers keep them. Make homemade yorghut and Kevir from it.
4. Cassava grown with low cyanide levels to produce garri, fufu, and band starch.
5. Naturally grown yams, potatoes, and sweet potatoes are used to produce high-quality flour for pounded yam, amala, and other products. And for goof quality flour for baking.
6. Pesticide free grains. Corn, sorghum, and millet make a fantastic combination. You can use the flour to make recipes.
7. Grow a large quantity of wheatgrass and microgreens that can be processed into powder for natural supplements.
8. Mushrooms.
9. Vegetables.....vegetables....cucumber, watermelon, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, melon, etc. If you avoid buying these items from the market, you will save yourself a lot of trouble. I smile when I see people eating vegetables and fruits at the market. Hmmm. If they know how much chemical residue is on those products, they will refuse to eat them. Farmers don't care about consumers. They spray in the evening and harvest the following morning. Hmmmmm!
