A child does not which is why you see it is always a grown up/youth/adult who when he sees he has a right to choose exercises his right to accept the religion his parents gave him or to reject it and choose another.

Consider the above Bible verses as baby leaped in the womb of Elizabeth upon hearing Mary salutations, this means that communication begins from the womb not even when the was born.

Whatever we do as parents can transfer to babies in the womb.

I guess that's Jesus Christ said we should not forbid little children to come to him.

The brain of infants or little children is still fresh to accept signals even though the baby may not understand it.

Infants are children between 0–1 year. They don't 'anything' and can't intelligible sounds. So, they can't know God at that age.

For other children above one year, there's no general rule on this. They can be made to know God at any age that's possible per child.

The verse insists that you let the children — not force or indoctrinate them against their very own will/volition— to come to Jesus Christ of Israel. And given that Jesus Christ of Israel equally said He was sent only to those of the bloodline of Jacob, then it is only children who are of that bloodline that would and should think to come to him. So, when you think to force your children who are not of the bloodline of Jacob to begin with by feeding them ideas that you pretend are of Jesus Christ, you instead violate/mentally assault them. undecided
