Dear Nairalanders, happy new week.

I write to appeal to your consciences to as a matter of urgency, expeditiously come to my rescue. I am highly and extremely addicted to COKE. I can't do without it for a day. No matter what I eat, I must still drink coke. Even when I don't have money to buy a bottle, my customers will always give me on credit. Some days I drink two bottles.
The problem started a few years ago, when I barely had breakfast, so I saw coke as the quickest stuff I could take to keep me going in the mornings.
I fear this may affect my health in the long run if I do not stop.
Even as I type, I'm at the shop trying to get coke cos that could be my only food for today.

I don't take beer, and the only soft drink I take is just Coke. I fear for Diabetics. I've seen people suffer from Diabetes and I don't want to be a victim.

I also call on all people of goodwill to immediately investigate the contents of this product as it seems to contain highly addictive elements.

Switch to zero coke.. That's just Coke flavored water with zero sugar n no nutrients what so ever

Funny thing is most bottle Coke are zero Coke because sugar is now expensive

90% of the bottle Coke are zero Coke but most people don't know... Just look at the cap

I will say if you exercise a lot then it MIGHT not be a problem cos you will burn the excess calories...but if you do not do exercise my brother just reduce to one per week....because the people telling you nothing will happen won't be there with you when something finally happen...

I was stylishly addicted to Coke as well but the day the thing became N200 I told myself wetin no first good for my health. Na so the addiction clear.

Now wey beer don become 1k per bottle my thirst for beer too don dey clear.

Inflation is yet to get rid off your silly addiction..

I drink atleast five a day... u will outgrow it in time.

Even if u stop it now, ur psyche will look for another habit to hold on to as an addiction.

People are going through worse addiction like drugs, gambling, puna$ni, stealing etc... urs is just ur body loving being chilled although excess sugar is involved. It not enough to panic. I av been consuming coke for more than 15yrs every single day. Like i said, don't make it a big deal, u will outgrow it. There is no need to work out ur psyche for nothing.

Or would u rather ur body get addicted to drugs ? u just can't tell. Or maybe gambling, there is a possibility.

I always say "ur body" because this is ur body wanting something and u are following through with that reaction. Deprive it and u will likely feel miserable and unhappy.

when I was working at 7up in Ibadan, as a staff u are entitled to drink as many as possible but don't take it out

When jjc are newly employed they will b drinking it like water, we go Dey look them na when the consequences start( health effects) n u use your full salary n savings treat yourself

During my internship days I drank coke alot...was emaciated but that was the fastest thing I could lay my hands on.
