What I'm telling you is that the results were already known but just delayed by the media, that was my point all along.

The western media is not interested in informing people, it is interest in controlling the flow of information.

You don't need the electoral body to confirm who won when the results are known. It's just like you don't need the judges to tell you who won a boxing match in case of knock out in the ring.

You see the results and say who won if you know simple maths.

For one, Trump was unpredictable. And I believe that would work well to deter Putin from overplaying his hand.

Even if Putin invaded to show that he's very serious about Ukraine NATO membership, I believe the April 2022 ceasefire negotiations would have been upheld by Trump and the war would have ended there and then. Remember Russia performed badly initially.

Many military analysts even from USA (eg Rtd Col MacGregor) knew this from the beginning and had been saying from the beginning that it's futile to encourage Ukraine to fight a nuclear-powered Russia. Negotiations, accords, concessions and agreements is the best way to engage with Russia. Trump would have opted for negotiations, and never give Zelensky blank cheque to prolong the war.
