SmartPolician:
How can the POTUS, the most powerful person in the world, be in the witness box answering questions from lawyers? So, what will happen now is that Trump will change the heads of agencies pressing charges against him. As a result, they'll drop the cases.

So, the Congress should pass a bill compelling institutions trying a new leader to continue with the case, irrespective of who heads the agency. That's how a country builds a strong institution.
The Congress Republicans now control? Think again.
All those charges were cooked up by democrats to somehow stop him but they all failed and fell flat on their faces.

Why was he allowed to contest in the first place?
It is all on the corrupt supreme court. They created this mess in the first place. Let's see how they deal with this judicial chaos.

The federal cases will be dropped before he is inaugurated and the state cases remains to be seen but chances of anything happening is slim.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14050341/amp/trump-criminal-cases-closed-jack-smith-white-house.html

The Georgia cases have kinda stalled especially since the Scandal with the DA, and there cases were really pished to try to make him unelectable, given he has won the interest to continue pursuing will fizzle and die.

He will also probably pardon himself before he leaves office.

They will all disappear...Special Counsel is talking to DOJ as we speak to drop all cases against the President Elect...

This is a case of never give up in life irrespective of how many people are against u, because there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Remember that Jesus Christ went away and is coming back again. Never give up on Him no matter what people say or do to u because of Him. He is the only one who will set u free through His blood He shed on the cross of Calvary. Remain focused on Him and u will be Victorious!!!

Shalom!!!
Bros, the Federal cases will disappear because as the President of the country, he is in charge of the federal branch but what of the State cases like the New York and the Georgia cases?

The most lucky man in the world. He gets to pick the Attorney General who will withdraw the cases. For those that cannot be withdrawn, say at the state level, he can use US taxpayer money to mount a legal defense. He has the majority in the Supreme Court and may pick 1-2 judges in the future to solidify his grip. Talk about Presidential overreach...and you still think Nigeria is extreme? We learned from the best.

I suspect the criminal will do more crimes and blame it on old age. Current day America chose lies, hate, arrogance, etc. The chaotic disrepectful criminal didn't even wait for official win before he made acceptance speech. Hopefully, USA the great makes it in 4 years because the guy is not a leadership material at all.
