How many people here pay their light bill regularly and genuinely?

We abuse the system yet we still have many power thieves by passing power, some prefer to settle disco staff than to pay to disco account.

Power has improved more than the days of NEPA but we still have a lot of people defaulting.

A lot of us can't live abroad without defaulting. Default is our default setting.

They want to discourage customers and continue with the fraudulent estimated bills policy.

And you expect the citizens not to default!

Alright, I'm in Zaria to be precise. When you get to any court apart from Sharia court, then you will mention what brought you there and they will direct you to the person that will ask you few questions about the transaction and the amount you're going give them will be based on the amount that is involved, for example 30k should be around 3k to 5k max and they will draft a later for you and you will go and submit it to the bank of the person that his/her was created and within 7 working days if there is money inside the person's account, your account will be credited back immediately.
