We do not need federal government. 6 states alone in the south south geopolitical zone ( Rivers, Bayelsa, Edo, Delta, Akwa Ibom and Cross Rivers state) can jointly spearhead a regional power grid to supply states in the region. Governor Otti of Abia state is generating power alone. My take is where one state can not build power or railway lines. They can collaborate with other states. |
