ABimbola David aka Davido, A Nigerian post graduate student on a student visa has been arrested by the UK police for sexual communication with underage girls asking for their pictures and grooming them.

Chatting with underage, demanding for their pictures etc is a crime in the United Kingdom and a crime anywhere in developed countries.

They will be deported back to Nigeria as the man is the main applicant and children and wife are dependent.

He does not have a COS, he is still a postgraduate student and his visa and that of his family is being sponsored by his university. With this, the university would withdraw it.

I know what it means, I have already been issued COS twice.

He was issued a CAS to apply for his student visa and switching to skilled worker visa, he will be issued a COS.

If you know you are "targeted" then keep off from those apps when you come to the UK, focus on your wife, children and your study/work.

The UK system is not obligated to show you the full chat, if a child is pushing for something sexual, you as an adult is obligated to switch off from that conversation and not continue with it because you will get nailed for grooming and child sexual exploitation and waste some of your life in one of His Majesty's Prisons, while the child would go on to get support from the system, offered multidisciplinary services (of which I am part of such multidisciplinary team).

FYI some of those underaged kids are undercover cops on the hunt for sex predators. A grown man with the tiniest ounce of common sense ought to have backed out of such conversation once the girl's age has been disclosed but it seems African men are allergic to common sense when on dating platforms.

I understand your sentiments but let's be clear you're not trying to excuse him because he's from Africa.

Do you know DAP? Google it, they took laws into their hands in U.S. when they realised that child predators are out there and the law will make them walk away freely, so mate it is not about white or red, it's humanity first. Predators are predatory.

This thing has affected African men who think a well built teenager is an adult and they fall into the trap. What the parent does no concern law, it is the adult the law expects to be responsible and not take advantage of a minor.
