Probably poisoned. If you have ever been to where they remove poison your eyes will see something. Depending on what was voked or given, it manifest to its physical attribute in the host body and get them killed.
You go see person vomit scorpion, pins, blades, wall geckos, broken bottles, lizard, etc.. humans are wicked.

Such mysterious incidents isn't the first of its kind which has happened severally in the past in many other countries notably Brazil where voodoo or black magic is rife..

Everything is superstitious to your guys. This is not an uncommon occurrence with teenagers. I have seen so many of them in my field of work, not even in Nigeria.
Nobody is shooting anything into anybody’s stomach. Those things were directly ingested.

This is not a spiritual attack, most probably a mental health condition called 'Pica' which was not diagnosed.
