Many Nigerians living or dead enrich the bank. My bank deducted #15 from my account for no just cause. The following morning I was at the bank and it was reversed as error. When my father died, I decided to obtain a court order to check if my Dad had some left over change in his bank account out of curiosity. At the end of the day, I claim an inheritance of #1.5m plus through the court. My advise to everyone, always find out the why, and the how following lay down rules and you will recover what is rightfully tours. |

They steal it. First bank you people think I have forgotten my 16k that you kept leaving as ledger balance but suddenly dissappeared after months of waiting for it to enter main balance. Abi na the 9k debit failed transaction from Northwest fuel station at new market enugu that year. They day I will target you people and come for my statement of account eeeh, Nigeria go hear about una mess. I reported both transaction failures with my hard earned credit and was assured of reversal. Till today firstbank chop my money. God will catch up with you people one day. Some people will be writing down their reported failed transactions and waiting on the day e go burst. Many banks are thieves. |

netmillionaires:Safepal is a scam wallet, you will login using that phrase and probably see lot of money. If you want to transfer or withdraw, they will ask you to pay money for Gas fees and once you pay, they will ask for another money until you got tired and leave. |

Information is power Disinformation is also powerful. Failed transaction is the subject. For transaction to be successful, everything must be right Bank- NIBSS- Telco- Bank Failure happens when the link gets broken somewhere. While most banks have auto reversal function, others do not n thus rely on reconciliation team to say this fail n shld return to customer. Why you might not get your fund. Diversion/theft: someone might be diverting the reconciled funds Laxity: someone is not on top of the job. What happens to the money. It sits in the unreconciled account for years then it's moved to unclaimed funds for years then ends in earned income I think after 10 years. |

The one that pained me most was the refund jumia did to my Kuda account but Kuda didnt credit me, I engaged Jumia, they provided evidences that refund was processed to my Kuda account but Kuda till date failed to credit my account. |

They claim them, it's just like when you pay money into a dormant account they claim it. Or when they hear that an account holder is dead, they freeze the account. Licensed to steal. |

Details of the email: Email Subject: Reversal of failed transaction #1500. Date of transaction value date of transaction your full name and Bank account number Attached Screenshot of failed email or alert. Simply do a google search 🔍 Access bank customer service email and Access Bank contact centre email The same process can be applied to other Commercial Banks and they will repond ASAP in less than 2 days. if not, continue to send reminders, 1 2, 3. Abee79:You should have sent an email to the Consumer Protection Department, Central Bank of Nigeria - cpd@cbn.gov.ng. That will settle it asap. It is your hard earned money. Do not dash them, even if it was 5 years, once you could remember the date of the transaction, that settles it. |

So 50% of failed transactions are not reversed automatically and they re not being claimed by owners. Such money will be moved to charge back account. Which about 3 months ago, a first bank staff in charge of customers charge back defrauded the bank billion of naira |
