I drive a toyota matrix 2005 with a p0012 code which is timing over retarded intake cam. The top has been opened by the previous owner so I suspect the timing must have been tampered. The engine does hard starting occasionally and also loss of power. Kindly link me with an experienced mechanic that can inspect the engine. I have serviced the VVT Solenoid but the problem persists. I live at abule egba area. |
