Apart from lawlessness what else does Nigeria possess better than DPRK . Does Nigeria even have Indigenous tech programs? These guys have their own tech programs. These are people under crippling sanction for decades. Nigeria without sanction cannot even keep the National grid running without collapsing for a month. Yes their counterparts, South Korea, is better than them but North Korea still uses the little resources it has to develop it country and its people.
